56 years in the making and a moment in time…
The city of Goth was cold that night, blanketed by a fog that had set so thick that it felt eerie and serene at the same time, creating one incredibly beautiful atmosphere conducive for romance. We met as friends that evening and I presented her with a box of chocolates and thus started a journey, which led to that moment in time. The journey ended with a love lost.
This product was created to celebrate the power of love and my own experiences with the strength and bond of love. A feeling that runs the gamut of emotions, from happiness to sadness and everything in between. You the consumer will hopefully encounter the same spectrum of emotions by savouring each chocolate and reminiscing about the many expressions of love. My hope is that from eating my chocolate creations you will experience an emotional element at the same time
The packaging also embraces another notable passion in my life, sequential art, considered the Ninth Art. In doing so, I hope to promote an under appreciated art form and give it and the artist wider recognition. The juxtaposition of a product once considered a luxury item with the Ninth Art brings about a dichotomy between “high art” and “low art” in the hopes of achieving said recognition. I will be working with select artists with each artist getting a limited edition print run of 1500 pcs.
