Shipping Policy

Please keep in mind that I am an extremely small batch producer and I am responsible for every aspect of getting my product out to the consumer, from making the confection to packing and sending the order out to you. To ensure you receive the freshest possible product, I will only ship on Mondays. I will take orders all week and process the orders in the order they are received. On rare occasion, I may have to cap the number orders out to market. All I ask of you, the consumer, is to have a little patience. Thank you for your support.

Shipping only during the colder months

Cioccolato Povero will only ship during the colder months October to April, in order to ensure the quality of the product. If you want me to send your order during the warmer months, contact me and we can discuss available options.
 

Shipping

Shipping is being supplied via Canada Post. Please ensure all shipping and billing information is correctly filled out. Cioccolato Povero will not be responsible for incorrect information provided to us.

We will not ship to a P.O. box. Please ensure there will be someone at the address to accept the package or add a business address.

At present, shipping is only available in Canada.
